This position involves coordinating patient appointments, managing medical records, and providing administrative support in a medical or dental office setting. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and a compassionate approach to patient interactions. Responsibilities Overseeing daily operations of a physical therapy company. Maintain accurate patient records and manage documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations. Assist all patients and staff with inquiries regarding their care, treatment options, and office policies. Collaborate with healthcare providers to facilitate seamless communication between patients and medical staff. Process insurance claims and verify patient insurance information as needed. Ensure the office environment is welcoming, clean and organized for both patients and staff. Support the team with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence. Develop email campaigns to engage patients and referring providers Maintain and update the clinic website and blog Build relationships with local physicians, gyms, and senior centers Distribute marketing materials and referral packets to providers Monitor online reviews and respond to patient feedback Provide regular updates to the clinic director and team Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration across teams. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Skills Experience in a medical office setting is preferred. Medical terminology to effectively communicate with healthcare professionals and patients. Excellent in providing medical administrative support, including scheduling, record management, patient communication and rapport, and team collaboration. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all aspects of patient care coordination. Proficiency in EMR, insurance, and clearinghouse softwares.
