Medical Center Coordinator Position Summary The Medical Center Assistant Manager is responsible for the overall function and quality of service of his or her respective medical Office. The Coordinator must ensure that the office is providing high quality care. The Coordinators are required to make sure that all policies and procedures are followed. The organization and management of the office must ensure that there is patient growth and retention. Medical Center Coordinator Essential Job Functions Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Confirms that appointments are available daily and as required by ACI patients. Must know how to use of medical equipment- EKG, spirometry, bone density machine, Blood Pressure machine, glucometer, nebulizer machine, centrifuging blood, INR machine, Holter monitor setup. Ensures that day-to-day medical center activities and work-flow operate smoothly. Required training for MCCs in addition to other training required of staff are Vaccine for Children Program, dispensing medications, Board of Medicine requirements of medical practices, Health Department regulations, Radiation Control requirements or any other training covering regulatory agency guidelines. Ascertains that medical records are thorough, complete and created in timely manner. Required Education and Experience High School or Technical school education Any combination of education, training, and experience which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities as described including related work experience IND1
