Job Description
Required Education and Skills:
- 1+ years of experience in customer service
- High school/GED or equivalent
- Beginner level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Preferred Education and skills: - 1+ years of experience with medical office processes
- 1+ years of related work experience, including data entry
- Prior experience with EMR computer applications – eCW – training provided if necessary, wearing scrubs
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
Overview:
- The Associate Patient Care Coordinator is responsible to the Center Administrator and provides appointment scheduling, patient registration, cashiering, answers incoming calls and performs other related clerical functions.
- This primary role provides front office support functions.
