Telehealth Coordinator Gulf Coast Medical Center Port Richey, FL 34668 About Us We’re a growing, patient-centered medical center expanding our telehealth department to meet rising demand for virtual care. We’re looking for a Telehealth Coordinator who is organized, tech-savvy, and committed to delivering an exceptional patient experience—virtually.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate daily virtual visits across providers and specialties Assist patients with login, tech troubleshooting, and readiness before visits Communicate with providers and support staff to ensure efficient workflows Maintain accurate scheduling, documentation, and follow-up coordination Monitor patient satisfaction and escalate issues as needed
