Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 8 AM- 5

PM Location:

Onsite – 13220 Starkey Rd, Ste 500, Largo, FL 33773

Primary Responsibilities:

Checking in/out patients
Scheduling appointments
Answering billing questions
Answering phones and managing patient medical records for a clinic
Roles may vary based on the size of the clinic(s)
Basic tasks are completed without review by others
Supervision/guidance is required for higher level tasks

Required Qualifications:

High School Diploma / GED (or higher)
1+ years of customer service experience
1+ years of medical office experience (including scheduling, verifying insurances, medical records experience, etc)
