The ideal candidates should be a business minded individual with strong entrepreneurial spirit and a type “A” personality. What the ideal candidate will do: (Duties to include but not limited to) Must be an individual who is goal oriented and able to multi task while taking personal pride in assisting our company in building and managing their assigned location. Will manage the day to day operations of the assigned Location. This can include, but not be limited to, ensuring the accountability of other front-line employees. Must have strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and encourage our Guest Service Valets to succeed by developing and implementing innovative training techniques. Must be able to project daily work assignments, set schedules, and allocate resources to maximize profitability for the company. Will monitor and confirm to the corporate office that proper methods, procedures, tools, and systems are being used to perform work duties effectively. Insures compliance to all control procedures and documentation. Will be required to meet frequently with clients to keep building solid relationships and to receive performance feedback of the work being performed at that client’s facility. Will be responsible for maintaining daily labor budgets. Responsible for auditing of employee time sheets. Provide advice and direction to employees relative to HR policy interpretation and compliance.

Who the ideal candidate is:

Experience in valet and/or supervisor, management positions is a MUST Must have excellent interpersonal skills. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must have experience with P&L’s and budgets. Must demonstrate a professional attitude and appearance. Must have a history of excellent customer service experience. Must have a clean criminal background and agree to the submission of a drug screening. Must have a clean driving record (6 points max) Must be able to work a flexible schedule that varies from week to week which will include evening, weekends and holidays. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships. Must be organized and detail oriented.

Pay:

$15.00 per hour plus daily cash tips
