Summary:

The Manager of Manager Ambulatory Surgery Quality and Education manages, coordinates and oversees implementation of the quality philosophy and process for the BayCare Ambulatory Surgery Centers. Provides education and training for the ASC team members and managers in support of issues such as competency testing, POC testing, pay for skills, safety, quality, and infection prevention. Uses quality assessment tools and provides support to all sites for data collection, benchmarking and regulatory readiness. Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Experience:

An Associate Degree in nursing is required 3 years of Surgical Services experience is required Registered Nurse License is required A background in Ambulatory Surgery is highly preferred. Equal Opportunity Employer Veterans/Disabled
