Located in beautiful, picturesque Clearwater, Florida, the hospital is conveniently located and accessible 24 hours/day for admissions. Responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical Assistant Director of Clinical Military Services to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in clinical mental health care, military experience, and a strong understanding of process improvements. This position will be responsible for supporting the Director in overseeing clinical operations, ensuring the highest quality of care for military personnel, and identifying opportunities for enhancing operational efficiency. The Assistant Director will play a key role in developing and implementing best practices for clinical services, working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, and contributing to the overall mission of supporting military service members.

Job Requirements:

Master’s degree or higher in Clinical Psychology, Social Work, or Counseling Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) from State of Florida required. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience providing mental health care, preferably in a military or military-adjacent setting. Prior experience working with military personnel and understanding the unique challenges they face. Strong background in clinical leadership and supervision of a team of mental health professionals. Demonstrated ability to lead process improvement initiatives in a clinical setting. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage with individuals at all levels. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing needs. Familiarity with military culture, structures, and health care systems preferred.
