Fem Iron Infusion Centers by Heme On Call is dedicated to providing exceptional patient care in a welcoming and supportive environment. We are expanding our presence in the Tampa/St. Pete area and are looking for a bilingual (English/Spanish) Office Coordinator / Front Desk Agent to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Patient Coordination:
Serve as the primary point of contact for Tampa/St. Pete patients, providing guidance from initial referral through televisit , infusion scheduling , and post-infusion follow-up Handhold patients through the care process, ensuring they feel supported and informed at every stage Monitor and manage referral pipelines , making sure patients are scheduled appropriately and in a timely manner
Scheduling & Administrative Support:
Schedule infusions for Tampa and St. Pete locations Track and maintain inventory — including transferring supplies from Tampa to St. Pete infusion centers as needed Collect patient payments and handle basic financial transactions Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming environment for patients Multi-task in a fast-paced, patient-centered setting
Communication & Follow-Up:
Keep a close eye on the referral-to-infusion process to ensure no patient falls through the cracks Communicate effectively with patients, families, and clinical staff to coordinate care Follow up with patients post-infusion to ensure satisfaction and continuity of care
Qualifications:
Bilingual (English/Spanish) – Required Strong communication and customer service skills Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Ability to multitask in a busy clinical environment Basic computer skills and experience with medical scheduling systems a plus Previous medical office or healthcare experience preferred
