In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for patients, ensuring they receive the highest level of care and support throughout their visit. You will manage patient scheduling, coordinate communication between healthcare providers and patients, and assist with administrative tasks to enhance the overall patient experience. Duties Registers patients, according to established protocols. Ensures patient information is accurate, including home address, phone number, and billing information. Maintains and manages patient records. Schedules patient services. Obtains external medical reports as required by medical professionals. Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries. Provide excellent customer service and address patient concerns or complaints. Utilize office appliances such as photocopiers, printers, etc., and computers for word processing, spreadsheet creation, etc. Skills Bilingual – English and Spanish. Requires to be Tech Savy. Comfortable in an all-digital, paperless office environment. Excellent verbal communication skills. Ability to work well in a team environment Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Excellent interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with patients and staff alike. Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in patient documentation and communications.
