We are seeking a front desk receptionist for our Pinellas Park clinic.

off The job requirements are listed below (training will be provided). • Responsibilities Using computer EHR (electronic health record) systems Face to face and telephone communication with patients, case managers and doctors Assisting with therapies such as e-stim, Shockwave, water tables, and traction tables Verifying insurance and informing patients of coverage Scheduling appointments Scanning medical records and other documents Faxing records and other documents •Skills Ability to communicate information to and from patients, doctors and other medical facilities Organizational and time-management skills Attention to detail Teamwork skills Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
