$84K – $108K a year 18 hours ago Benefits Paid time off Vision insurance Opportunities for advancement Qualifications Applied behavior analysis Master’s degree Senior level Leadership Full Job Description Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of 20+ BCBAs and RBTs Plan, oversee, deliver, and adapt ABA therapy for children ages 2-6 years old in a center-based setting Provide ongoing training and supervision to the clinical team of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) Forge strong partnerships with client families to develop goals, build relationships, communicate progress, and provide coaching and support throughout their journey Lead staff interview process Lead monthly all team meeting, reviewing center and clinical needs Ensure clinical quality across all learners and staff
