SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Operational Leadership & Administration Oversee daily non-clinical operations for the Kissimmee and Poinciana offices, ensuring efficiency and regulatory compliance. Manage office schedules, ensuring proper opening and closing procedures with adequate staffing. Supervise administrative and support staff, including Patient Care Coordinators and other non-clinical personnel. Monitor productivity metrics and adjust staffing to optimize operational efficiency. Conduct staff training on office policies, compliance, and professional development. Collaborate with the RN Practice Lead and the Medical Director to establish appropriate work flows and processes that support efficient, safe, evidence-based care. Ensure adherence to HIPAA regulations and confidentiality standards. Maintain office records and documentation to comply with healthcare policies and reporting requirements. Participate in policy development and implementation to improve service delivery.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Serve as the primary liaison between PeopleOne Health and corporate clients, including the School District of Osceola. Develop strategies to increase employee utilization of health benefits. Foster strong relationships with corporate clients, staff, patients, and healthcare providers to enhance service quality. Address patient and client concerns efficiently, ensuring a high level of satisfaction. Collaborate with medical staff and administrators to streamline services and enhance the patient experience. Business & Service Development Monitor and analyze patient and client feedback to improve healthcare service offerings. Assist in client retention strategies and business development initiatives to strengthen partnerships. Educate corporate clients and employees on available healthcare services and benefits. Support outreach efforts to close care gaps in chronic disease management programs (e.g., diabetes, hypertension, weight loss).

SKILLS & ABILITIES
Leadership:

Strong ability to mentor, manage, and train administrative staff.

Customer Service:

Excellent interpersonal and client relations skills with a problem-solving mindset.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM software, and electronic health records (EHR) systems.

Regulatory Knowledge:

Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and healthcare policies.

Communication:

Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with clients, employees, and leadership.

Organizational Skills:

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and make operational decisions quickly.

Requirements:
EDUCATION & CERTIFICATIONS

: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred.

EXPERIENCE

3-5 years of experience in medical office administration, client relations, or healthcare management.
