STFC Clinical Manager 3.5 3.5 out of 5 stars 3350 State Road 60 East, Bartow, FL 33830 Job Title Clinical Manager – Full Time Pay & Benefits Flexible schedule Evening and Weekend Hours Full Time – 40hrs per week Job Summary The Clinical Manager of Specialized Therapeutic Foster Care (STFC) is responsible for the delivery of effective therapeutic services to children enrolled in the STFC program. The position provides supervision and guidance to the therapists, and trains prospective STFC foster parents. The Manager is responsible for establishing a positive, trauma sensitive, nurturing and healing culture youth and families served. The core responsibilities of this position include: Providing clinical supervision and oversight for a team of Therapists Provide training to prospective STFC families Provide training for STFC therapists Complete Medicaid authorizations and re-authorizations Screening of youth who may be served by families within the STFC program Completing initial Behavioral Health Status Exam for all new youth enrolled in the STFC program Coordinates psychiatric care with Impower for medication management. Provides crisis and behavioral intervention and prevention, such as assessments for Baker Acts. Partners with case management and CBC organizations by actively participating in court reviews, staffing and other case related meetings. Represents CHN at external meetings including but not limited to: ad hoc community groups, lead agency, funder, trade organization(s), statewide and judicial meetings. Participate in multi-disciplinary reviews and represent CHN as needed in court. Is available to therapists for crisis situations after hours and on weekends. May be required to carry a caseload and see clients as needed. Minimum Qualifications Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). two (2) years progressively responsible experience in a therapeutic setting, one (1) years of which must have been in a supervisory position. Able to be on call including evenings and weekends for crisis intervention. Qualified supervisor for

a plus. Valid Florida driver’s license with no record of criminal driving offense or license suspension. Insurable under CHN’s current auto insurance policy. Must successfully complete and maintain FDLE clearance, Federal background, and state criminal background check and sexual predator screening.
