Sarasota, FL Function:

Develop and manage healthcare-focused commercial banking relationships, with a focus on lending, credit analysis, and portfolio growth.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or equivalent experience Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial banking, credit analysis, underwriting, or portfolio management Experience working with healthcare-related lending clients or industries preferred Proficient in reviewing tax returns, financial statements, projections, guarantor info, and business cash flows Strong knowledge of commercial lending practices (CRE and C&I), loan structuring, and credit risk analysis Excellent communication skills and a consultative, client-first mindset

Build and manage a portfolio of healthcare clients, providing financial expertise and customized relationship banking services.
