We are actively seeking a dedicated and skilled Home Care RN Administrator/RN to join our dynamic team here at a small Private Home Care agency in the breathtaking coastal town of Venice, Florida.

Responsibilities:

Provide strategic leadership and oversee all aspects of our home care services in Venice, FL. Develop and implement comprehensive care plans tailored to individual patient needs. Ensure compliance with AHCA regulations of governing home care services. Manage and mentor a team of dedicated healthcare professionals, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment. Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare providers to ensure coordination of care and efficient patient care plan. Monitor the quality of care provided and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes. Coordinate with insurance providers to ensure that they receive clinical documentation in a timely manner. Act as a liaison between families, and the healthcare team, ensuring effective communication and exceptional customer service. Visit clients in the community to discuss services Complete Start of Care Assessments/Visit ( if needed)

Requirements:

Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Florida. Proven experience as an Administrator in a Home Health Care setting. 3 years of home care experience and be networked in Sarasota County. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team. Excellent organizational and communication skills. In-depth knowledge of home care regulations and best practices. Compassionate nature and genuine desire to improve the lives of others. Proficient computer skills and familiarity with Kantime Electronic Medical Records system.
