Are you someone who stays calm under pressure and enjoys solving problems to help others? We’re looking for a Medical Receptionist who brings patience, empathy, and clear communication to every interaction—especially with patients who are hard of hearing. Your role will be key in making sure each patient’s visit runs smoothly and they feel heard—literally and figuratively.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Welcoming patients and managing front desk operations with professionalism and warmth Solving real-time challenges like schedule conflicts or tech issues with calm and care Helping patients with check-in, paperwork, and insurance questions Coordinating appointments and follow-ups with hearing care professionals and support staff Maintaining patient confidentiality and accurate records
What We’re Looking For:
Strong problem-solving skills—you can think on your feet and adapt quickly A patient and compassionate approach to communication and customer service Previous experience in a medical or office setting is preferred Familiarity with OMS systems and general office software Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
