PATIENT COORDINATOR RESPONSIBILITIES
Patient Intake/Check Out. Confirming appointments. Phone and email communications. Works closely with the Practice Manager. Insurance Verification Insurance Claims Processing/Follow up Treatment Plan Presentation Account Receivables Appointment Scheduling Eaglesoft software
PATIENT COORDINATOR REQUIREMENTS
: Dental and/or medical experience preferred. Previous customer service experience required. Must possess an above average phone demeanor. Must be a great listener. Must be reliable and dependable. Must have a passion for helping others.
