Role:

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Intake Coordinator to join our team at our laboratory facility. This is a full-time, on-site position supporting both patients and healthcare partners.

What You’ll Do:

Answer incoming phone calls from patients, doctor’s offices, and home health agencies. Assist Home Health Agencies with receiving lab results for their patients. Coordinate appointment scheduling with patients as well as Home Health Agencies. Call patients to schedule in-home blood draw appointments with our phlebotomy team. Use Excel and other scheduling programs to maintain accurate appointment records. Support the intake team with general administrative tasks as needed.

What We’re Looking For:

Strong communication and people skills. Patience and professionalism when dealing with patients and providers. Basic computer knowledge, including familiarity with Excel. Ability to work independently and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in healthcare or customer service is a plus but not required.

Work Hours:

Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (No weekends or remote work; this position is based in our lab located in Sarasota, FL off Whitfield Park Drive.)
