Adecco Medical & Science is looking for a Patient Care Coordinator for our client! This is an onsite position!

Position Overview:
The Patient Care Coordinator plays a key front-desk role in delivering excellent customer service and supporting daily administrative operations within the clinic. This position serves as the first point of contact for patients, ensuring a weing experience while assisting with scheduling, intake, and general inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet patients promptly upon arrival and ensure wait times do not exceed 20 minutes.
Assist patients with the intake process, including verifying and copying necessary documentation.
Manage and process walk-in patient visits and general office visitors.
Answer phone calls, route inquiries, and schedule appointments as needed.
Support administrative workflows and perform other related tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required.
1-2 years of experience in a medical office or similar administrative environment.
Familiarity with basic medical terminology and office procedures.
Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
Experience with data entry and multi-line phone systems preferred.

Pay Details:
$17.00 to $19.00 per hour
