Clinical Director ZODU Counseling Services LLC Longwood, FL 32779 Position Summary ZODU Counseling Services LLC is seeking a highly skilled professional to lead both clinical and administrative operations at our mental health practice. This dual-role position is essential for maintaining exceptional client care and optimizing the practice’s operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, expertise in clinical oversight, and experience in managing administrative systems. This position includes a phased onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition into full-time responsibilities. The Director will be responsible for aligning clinical and administrative practices with evidence-based and operational best standards. Key ResponsibilitiesClinical Leadership Oversee psychotherapy and counseling services, ensuring adherence to evidence-based practices, ethical guidelines, and quality standards. Provide clinical supervision to therapists, including one-on-one and group supervision sessions. Regularly update and implement treatment protocols to reflect current best practices. Conduct documentation audits and case reviews, providing constructive feedback to ensure accountability and improvement. Address ethical concerns, promoting compliance with HIPAA, confidentiality, and professional boundaries. Program Development and Evaluation Design and implement new therapeutic programs to meet client needs and close service gaps. Establish metrics to track client outcomes and evaluate program effectiveness. Collect and integrate client feedback to enhance services and ensure high satisfaction rates. Administrative Oversight Supervise billing processes to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with state and federal regulations (e.g., HIPAA). Collaborate with the marketing team to guide outreach strategies, referral building, and community engagement efforts. Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, office supply management, and team coordination. Audit and Improvement Audit the clinic’s existing documentation, protocols, and systems to ensure compliance and alignment with best practices. Identify and propose changes to administrative and operational procedures to optimize efficiency and effectiveness. Team Management and HR Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and training clinical and administrative staff. Conduct performance reviews, provide feedback, and foster a collaborative work culture. Resolve workplace conflicts in a professional and collaborative manner. Technology and Data Security Ensure effective use of practice management software for scheduling, billing, and record-keeping. Implement and monitor cybersecurity measures to protect client and clinic data. Collaboration and Reporting Build relationships with external providers and community organizations to enhance referral networks and holistic care. Provide regular updates to leadership on clinical and administrative performance, client satisfaction, and operational metrics. Qualifications Required Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field. Active licensure as LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent in the state of Florida. Minimum of 5 years in a clinical supervisory or administrative management role in behavioral health or counseling settings. Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Preferred Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish). Proficiency with practice management software and familiarity with insurance credentialing processes.
