Highlights of Patient Care Coordinator Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome patients in a friendly and professional manner Schedule and manage patient appointments Handle patient inquiries regarding services, insurance, and billing Verify and process patients’ dental insurance Review treatment plans, insurance coverage, and out-of-pocket costs with patients Collect co-payments and balances at time of service and as needed afterward Enter patient information accurately into practice management software Coordinate referrals and dental records with partnering practices Maintain a clean and organized reception and waiting area Collaborate with clinical staff and doctors to ensure seamless patient care

Schedule:

This is a full-time Patient Care Coordinator position with a schedule of:

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Fridays What We Offer:

Dental front office experience is very helpful, but we are open to training individuals who have any healthcare front office experience, customer service experience, and/or those with an admirable work ethic and passion for helping people! Proficiency in dental or EMR software preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail, multi-tasking, and organizational abilities Knowledge of dental insurance, billing, and HIPAA compliance is preferred High school diploma or equivalent Reliability, punctuality, and a patient-focused attitude Interested?
