What You’ll Do:
Manage daily operations to ensure smooth patient flow, efficient scheduling, and excellence in administrative processes Lead, motivate, and mentor a talented team of dental professionals Oversee patient relations, resolving concerns with empathy and promptness Optimize scheduling, treatment planning, and patient communication Handle budgeting, billing, insurance claims, and accounts receivable Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain a clean, organized clinical environment Create and implement procedures that enhance office efficiency and elevate care Build strong relationships with referring practices and support marketing efforts
