Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to potential participants using lead lists or interest forms Clearly communicate study details, eligibility criteria, and benefits of participation Pre-screen individuals for initial eligibility based on provided scripts and protocols Schedule follow-up appointments or refer qualified leads to research coordinators Accurately document all call outcomes and maintain updated contact records Provide compassionate and professional interactions with diverse patient populations

Qualifications:

Prior experience in telemarketing, patient outreach, call center environments (healthcare preferred) or private medical practice. Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills Comfort discussing medical topics in a clear, respectful, and compliant manner Basic knowledge of clinical trials or healthcare terminology Ability to work independently and meet call volume targets Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required
