As a Regional Clinical Director (aka., Corporate Nursing Director, Regional Nurse Consultant, Senior Director of Nursing) at SHCM, you will manage and ensure clinical and regulatory compliance within centers (4 centers total; each ranging from 111 – 120 beds), as required by Corporate and Federal and State law. You will travel daily to each center to assess, develop and implement performance improvement initiatives, monitor and report on 5-Star Outcomes, Best Practices, Standards of Care, Risk Management, and other quality-related measures, and will work directly with Administrators, DON’s, and other stakeholders to develop standard operating procedures, action plans, and educate staff. Responsibilities:

Manage and ensure clinical and regulatory compliance within centers Assess, develop, and implement performance improvement initiatives Monitor and report on 5-Star Outcomes, Best Practices, Standards of Care, Risk Management, and other quality-related measures Work directly with Administrators, DON’s, and other stakeholders to develop standard operating procedures, action plans, and educate staff

Required:

Associate’s degree in nursing (ASN) or above required. Bachelor’s or master’s degree in nursing a plus. RN Licensure in the state of practice required. 5+ years nurse management experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing center required. 2+ years; experience as a Director of Nursing, Clinical Director and/or Regional Nurse Consultant in SNF/LTC setting required. Prior LTC or SNF experience in the state of practice required. Regional experience required. Multi-site clinical leadership experience required. Prior Clinical Quality, Performance and Process Improvement, Regulatory and Compliance, and Risk Management experience required. Must have PC experience with the ability to navigate Windows and Microsoft Office programs, Internet-based Applications, and EMR Software.
