Resident Care Manager We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Resident Care Manager to lead our nursing and direct care staff in providing exceptional resident care. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership skills, a commitment to staff development, and a thorough understanding of clinical operations within assisted living and memory care settings.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Staff Development Provide strong leadership, coaching, and mentorship to nurses and direct care staff. Supervise and support Resident Care Associates, including training, assigning duties, and managing recognition or disciplinary actions as needed. Clinical Operations & Resident Care Oversee day-to-day clinical operations to ensure high-quality resident care. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of care plans and make adjustments as necessary.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or a related field; RN license preferred. Proven experience in a leadership role within a healthcare setting, particularly in assisted living or memory care. Strong understanding of clinical operations and regulatory compliance. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
