Our privately owned dental office, proudly serving the community for over 20 years, is seeking an Experienced Wellness Coordinator (Hygiene Coordinator) to complete our administrative team. Hours would be 7am
- 5 pm Monday
- Thursday. (We see patients from 7:30am
- 4:30pm)

What You’ll Do:
Manage and optimize the hygiene schedule with accuracy and efficiency Greet patients warmly and ensure a positive front-desk experience Confirm appointments, handle scheduling changes, and follow up with patients Coordinate with hygienists and other team members to maintain a smooth daily flow Answer phones and respond to inquiries with professionalism and warmth Maintain patient records and insurance information accurately
