Director of Home Health Services Bucklleaf Home Health Care Port Saint Lucie, FL 34986 • Hybrid work Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Home Health Care Administrator to oversee the operations of our home health care agency. This role is crucial in ensuring that our clients receive high-quality care tailored to their individual needs. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of patient care, and a commitment to enhancing the lives of those we serve. Responsibilities Manage daily operations of the home health care agency, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations as well as efficiency and quality care. Develop and implement care plans that address the specific needs of clients, including medication administration and dementia care. Supervise staff, providing training and support to ensure high standards of care are maintained. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate services for clients, including those with developmental disabilities. Oversee financial management, including budgeting and resource allocation to ensure operational efficiency. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to client care and agency operations. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional development among staff. Requirements Proven experience in home health care administration or a related field.
