POSITION SUMMARY

Provides day-to-day management for assigned teams. Promotes and models a leadership philosophy and style consistent with Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital leadership competencies. Collaborates closely with other department staff members and leadership. Supports department operations, coordinates staff functions, and facilitates professional growth of staff members through education, coaching, and mentorship. Demonstrates strong clinical competencies and evidenced-based care, and serves as a clinical resource, expert, and role model within the department as well as across clinical areas.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or related field required. Master’s Degree preferred.
Current registration with the Commission of Dietetic Registration required.
Current Dietetics/Nutritionist license in the State of Florida required.
Minimum of 5 years of hospital experience required. Three years of pediatric clinical dietetic experience preferred.
Previous leadership/management experience preferred.
Board certification in a specialty area strongly preferred.

Salary Range:

Minimum $36.52/hour – Maximum $ 58.44/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
