Responsible for coordinating all aspects of referrals ordered for patient. Obtains and verifies all patient demographics, insurance information and authorizations/referrals. Practices Baptist Health’s mission of service excellence in providing professional,passionate and friendly service to our patients and physicians. Estimated pay range for this position is $16.04 – $18.30 / hour depending on experience.
Qualifications
Degrees:
High School,Cert,GED,Trn,Exper.
Additional Qualifications:
Associates degree preferred.
Minimum 3 years of Healthcare experience required.
Referral experience required.
CPT and ICD-9 coding knowledge preferred.
Must be a professional, detail-oriented team player with effective interpersonalmunication skills and excellent customer service skills.
Must beanized and have ability to multi-task.
Proficient inputer applications and scheduling systems (NextGen, Netaccess, Crimson, etc).
Bilingual Preferred.
