AdventHealth Fish Memorial The community you’ll be caring for: 1055 SAXON BLVD, Orange City, 32763 The role you ‘ll contribute : Supervises therapists to ensure all treatments comply with general clinical standards and requirements. The value you’ll bring to the team: Provides clinical guidance and monitors the performance of the licensed and unlicensed rehab staff Assists with corrective action plans and annual performance reviews for rehab staff Assists in supervision of occupational/physical/speech therapists to ensure all treatments comply with general clinical standards and requirements Assists in Interviews, hires and orients clinical staff, completes clinical competencies with new hires and each clinical staff member prior to annual review. Completes clinical staff assessments. Approves clinical staff continuing education requests and forwards to clinical management team. Coordinates in-services by clinical staff and vendors. Actively serves as a mentor or assigns a mentor from the team to new graduates Engages in promoting evidence-based standards of care and lifelong learning through autonomous and collaborative participation in research, journal club/reviews, teaching/mentoring/clinical instructor, and/or clinical practice education within a peer group The expertise and e xperiences you’ll need to succeed : Minimum qualifications : 1 year of experience in a clinical setting Required Licensed in applicable state as an Occupational, Physical or Speech Therapy Required BCLS – Basic Life Support Required Preferred qualifications: 3 years of management experience Preferred This facility is an equal opportunity employer and complies with federal, state and local anti-discrimination laws, regulations and ordinances.
