The Opportunity:
- Clinical Site Expansion Director
- The position is Fully Remote, but you must live in Florida now or have lived in Florida before and would like to go back.
- Applicants for this role must have a strong business acumen, proven healthcare leadership, ability to present clinical site solutions to other healthcare executives and form contractual relationships with an array of provider facilities that will offer preceptors for student learning outcomes from medical science programs such as, Physician Assistant and Anesthesiologist Assistant.
- Our client is seeking a strong expertise with inpatient hospital clinicians or operating/surgical suites vs healthcare insurance etc. With vast growth and student demand increasing for our client’s medical science programs, more clinical sites are needed for students to complete their clinical hours. This role is key to the university in Florida for making that happen.

- understands the process needed to secure clinical sites for students to complete their practicums.
With healthcare science programs expanding rapidly, more preceptor clinical organizations are needed. This role involves travel throughout the Florida state to secure these executive relationships and delivery contracts with hospitals, clinics and other provider organization that accept students to learn from preceptor programs.

- Primary focus is securing new clinical sites for the following rapidly growing and now very popular career choice programs
- Physician Assistants and Anesthesiologist Assistants.
This leadership role will be focused on expanding clinical programs throughout Florida, securing clinical sites for students to do their practicum ensuring optimal clinical experiences for students or patients. This will involve securing and cultivating partnerships with clinical sites, facilitating smooth operations, and maintaining high clinical standards. The role requires strong communication and presentation skills, including the ability to engage with C-suite executives and stakeholders. Strong expertise/relationships with inpatient hospital clinicians or operating/surgical suites
- Remote-Time Management skills needed
- This is a remote role due to the travel responsibilities; however, you must reside in the state of Florida in order to build long-term trusting relationships with clinical providers that offer student teaching capabilities. The client is looking for existing knowledge and experience working within Florida Healthcare systems.
- The Clinical Site Expansion Director
- is a “well-respected and highly valued role” and very important role for the Chancellor and Vice Chancellors as you are representative of the university in the community.
You will have the resources you need to build out the network of clinical sites throughout Florida to support students needing locations to complete their practicums in medical sciences. You will be creating a legacy, making a difference, for students that are needing to complete their clinical training before board licensures.
- Location of role:
- The position is remote with up to 80% travel required across and around this beautiful state. It is an exciting role of you love forming strategic alliances and strong long term professional relationships to ensure the student clinical experience is superb.

Compensation:
- Salary range: $130,000
- $150,000

- Qualifications needed
- : 1.
Minimum of a master’s degree from a Clinical Program-Healthcare Sciences such as a physician assistant or anesthesiologist assistant, OR master’s degree in healthcare administration or business. MBA-HCM focus will be on healthcare administration or management. 2. Terminal Degree in a healthcare discipline is a plus but not required. 3. Management or director level experience in a healthcare system role is required. You have most likely held a healthcare executive role such as Program Administrator, Program Manager, Department Manager or Healthcare Director, Operations Manager, COO or Hospital Administrator role. 4. Experience in C-suite executive presentations is required. 5. Strong expertise/relationships with inpatient hospital clinicians or operating/surgical suites to ensure successful navigation of the surgical hospital suite/dynamics

- + Must have Executive Level presence, communication & presentation skills to promote the brand and benefits to C-suite individuals.
+ Ability to build rapport across functions and levels of healthcare systems management. + Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills to develop stakeholder buy in. + Strong interpersonal skills with student and staff populations. + Superior organization, prioritization, and self-motivation skills. + Proven experience in expanding clinical sites for healthcare providers and the organizations they work for. This may be local expansion in Florida, national or international. + Brand promotion in the communities.

- + Ability to expand and add clinical student rotations for academic programs in multiple geographic locations across Florida initially.
