This role ensures that supply areas are optimized for efficiency, accessibility, and compliance, while also gathering feedback and collaborating with nursing staff to enhance supply-related workflows and satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and implement supply room layout updates and inventory optimization projects.
  • Collaborate with nursing teams to identify supply-related pain points and propose actionable solutions.
  • Monitor and track nursing satisfaction related to supply availability and accessibility.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate Min/Max levels for storeroom and unit-based supply areas.
  • Support the rollout of new supply chain initiatives and tools.
  • Conduct regular walkthroughs of supply areas to ensure organization, cleanliness, and compliance.
  • Maintain effective communication with nursing staff, supply chain team members, and leadership.
  • Participate in quality improvement efforts related to supply chain operations.
  • Attend required training and in-service sessions related to safety, compliance, and process improvement.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Education & Experience Required:
High School Diploma or GED Preferred:

Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field

Experience:

One year of experience in supply chain, materials management, or healthcare operations preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
