Full-Time | Leadership Role | Mission-Driven Pediatric ABA Practice Are you a passionate BCBA ready to lead with heart and clinical excellence? Hearts and Hands Therapy Services is seeking a Local ABA Program Lead to oversee local clinic operations and guide our team of compassionate, skilled clinicians in providing high-quality, ethical ABA services for children and families. As the Local ABA Program Lead, you’ll play a pivotal role in mentoring BCBAs and RBTs, partnering with clinic managers, and driving quality care outcomes—all while helping shape a collaborative, mission-focused workplace.
What You’ll Do:
1. Clinical Leadership & Oversight Provide clinical supervision and guidance to BCBAs, RBTs, and clinical interns. Ensure treatment integrity, clinical quality, and ethical compliance with BACB and HIPAA standards. Ensure your center operates at fullest capacity by facilitating waitlists, intakes, staffing, and filling in for BCBA cases as needed. Monitor weekly hours and reports to increase supervision and ensure testing/reports are completed properly and on time. Oversee individualized ABA treatment plans, progress monitoring, and client outcomes. Maintain a minimum of 20 hours of billable treatment/supervision time a week. Support intake, assessment, family training, and high-need clinical consultations. 2. Staff Development & Collaboration Partner closely with Clinic Managers to align daily operations with clinical priorities. Facilitate the strategic partnership between BCBAs and Floor Supervisors to maximize BCBA treatment hours and RBT supervision Coach and mentor BCBAs and support staff through supervision, case reviews, and performance check-ins. Champion ongoing staff development through CEU opportunities, clinical rounds, and peer collaboration. Contribute to hiring, onboarding, and nurturing a positive, inclusive clinic culture. Lead the culture within the ABA department utilizing Hearts and Hands Core Values. Provide guidance and training for RBTs and BCBAs, including creating content, mentoring, and disseminating training resources. Work closely with all levels of management to solve challenges as they arise. 3. Operational Excellence Collaborate with admin and operations teams to ensure scheduling, productivity targets, and client authorizations run smoothly. Review and support clinical documentation to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance. Maintain a caseload of four clients and meet a weekly minimum of 20 hours of billable time per week. 4. Client and Family Engagement Serve as a clinical leader and point of contact for family escalations, care planning, and satisfaction. Partner with caregivers to promote collaborative goal-setting, skill generalization, and long-term success. 5. Growth & Strategy Ensure the ABA program is consistently maintaining and updating the highest standards of care, including updating programming and services, leading accreditation initiatives and licensure as needed. Review incidents and monitor for continued safety improvement. Help grow the clinic by maintaining high standards of care, supporting staff satisfaction, and building local referral relationships. Identify opportunities for innovation in programming, team development, and community outreach.
What You Bring:
BCBA certification in good standing (required) State licensure as applicable (e.g., LABA, if required) 3+ years of experience providing and supervising ABA services as a BCBA Prior leadership or mentorship experience strongly preferred Passion for supporting clinicians, families, and neurodiverse children Strong interpersonal skills, clinical judgment, and a collaborative mindset
