What You’ll Be Doing (Besides Being Awesome): Checking and verifying insurance coverage like a pro. Submitting insurance claims and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. Following up on any hiccups with unpaid or denied claims (we don’t take no for an answer). Making sure our patients understand their benefits and feel confident in their financial options. Keeping everything organized and accurate in our system—details matter! Working closely with our front office and clinical teams to make each patient visit seamless. This Role If You:

Have experience with dental/orthodontic insurance (or are eager to learn and a quick study). Love helping people and have the communication skills to back it up. Are a natural problem-solver and enjoy making things run efficiently. Are tech-savvy and familiar with dental software like Dentrix, Eaglesoft, etc. Thrive in a team environment but can also work independently when needed. Bring positive energy to your workday (and your coworkers love you for it).
