Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Operations to oversee the daily operations and strategic direction of our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in people management and corporate operations.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to optimize efficiency
• Manage overall operations to meet budgetary goals and quality standards
• Collaborate with Owner/CEO to set company goals and objectives
• Lead and mentor a team of managers to drive performance and growth
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
• Analyze data and trends to identify areas for improvement and innovation
• Oversee resource allocation and utilization to maximize productivity

Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, or related field; Master’s degree preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate operations and management
• Proven track record of successfully managing operations in a clinic setting
• Strong knowledge of federal standards and regulations
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
