This position is responsible for ensuring that the clinic is conducive to a productive environment. Job Responsibilities Supervise staff; to include, recruitment, performance management, time clock and the running of daily huddles Monitor and suggest operational changes Oversight of staff schedules and ensures coverage Responsible for training of new staff and re-training of current staff Run reports and confers with management on results Monitor employee productively and provide constructive feedback and coaching Organize workflow and ensure that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks Receive complaints and resolves problems Maintain timekeeping Pass on information from management to employees and vice versa Ensure adherence to legal and company policies and procedures and undertakes disciplinary actions in conjunction with management if the need arises.
