Our mission is to deliver compassionate, data-driven care that empowers families and transforms lives through our Neurodivergent Daycare setting. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Clinical Director to lead our ABA services team. This individual will oversee clinical operations, ensure the delivery of exceptional care, provide supervision to BCBAs and RBTs, and manage quality assurance across all programs. A strong background in insurance billing and claims management is essential to streamline reimbursement processes and maintain financial compliance. Duties Provide clinical oversight and leadership to a team of BCBAs, BCaBAs, and RBTs Conduct case reviews, treatment plan approvals, and ensure fidelity to evidence-based practices Supervise and mentor clinical staff to support professional growth and performance Collaborate with administrative staff to manage scheduling, staffing, and client onboarding Oversee and support insurance authorizations, billing, and claims processes Maintain accurate, timely documentation to meet clinical and funding source requirements Ensure adherence to HIPAA and ethical standards of practice Participate in strategic planning and growth initiatives Develop and implement clinical protocols and policies to improve patient outcomes and operational efficiency. Monitor patient care quality, addressing any issues or concerns promptly to maintain high standards of care. Analyze clinical data to identify trends, develop improvement plans, and report findings to senior management. Participate in budget planning and resource allocation for clinical services. Qualifications Active BCBA certification required Masters Degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education or related field. Minimum of 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience in an ABA setting Proven knowledge and experience in insurance billing, authorizations, and claims management Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Commitment to delivering family-centered and culturally competent care Proven ability to manage diverse teams effectively, promoting a culture of teamwork and accountability. In-depth knowledge of ABA standards and experience in maintaining compliance within a healthcare setting.
