TheopportunityOur Artificial Intelligence and Data team helps applycutting edge technology and techniques to bring solutions to ourclients. Your key responsibilitiesYou willwork with a wide variety of clients to deliver the latest datascience and big data technologies including GenerativeAI / LLMcapabilities. Your teams will design and build scalable solutionsfor healthcare clients that unify, enrich, and derive insights fromvaried data sources across a broad technology landscape. You willhelp our clients navigate the complex world of modern data science,analytics, and software engineering. We’ll look to you to provideguidance and perform technical development tasks to ensure datascience solutions are properly engineered and maintained to supportthe ongoing business needs of our clients.

You will be joining adynamic and interdisciplinary team of scientists and engineers wholove to tackle the most challenging computational problems for ourclients. We love to think creatively, build applicationsefficiently, and collaborate in both the ideation of solutions andthe pursuit of new opportunities. Many on our team have advancedacademic degrees or equivalent experience in industry.

To qualify for the role you must haveBachelor’s degree and6-10 years of full-time working experience in AI, Data Science,and/or Machine Learning2-4 years of experience directly managingtechnical teamsAt least 2 years working in the healthcare domain(payer, provider or integrated health systems), developing AIsolutions for healthcare challengesStrong skills inPython.

Experience using Generative AI models and frameworks e.g.

OpenAI family, open source LLMs, Dall-e, LlamaIndex, Langchain,Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG).Experience working withpopular ML packages such as scikit-learn, Pytorch and ONNX, orrelated ML libraries.

Extensive experience using DevOps tools likeGIT, Azure Devops and Agile tools such as Jira to develop anddeploy analytical solutions with multiple features, pipelines, andreleases.

A solid understanding of Machine Learning (ML) workflowsincluding ingesting, analysing, transforming data and evaluatingresults to make meaningful predictions.

Experience with MLOpsmethods and platforms such as MLFlow.

Experience with CI/CD andtest-driven development.

Experience designing, building, andmaintaining ML models, frameworks, and pipelines.

Experiencedesigning and deploying end to end ML workflows on at least onemajor cloud computing platform.

Understanding of data structures,data modelling and software engineering best practices.

Proficiencyusing data manipulation tools and libraries such as SQL, Pandas,and Spark.

Clearly communicating findings, recommendations, andopportunities to improve data systems and solutions.

Experience withcontainerization and scaling models.

Integrating models and feedbackfrom downstream consumption systems – reporting and dashboards, AIdriven applications.

Strong mathematical and quantitative skillsincluding calculus, linear algebra, and statistics.

Willingness totravel to meet client obligations.

Ideally, you’ll also haveA deepunderstanding of and ability to teach concepts, tools, features,functions, and benefits of different approaches to applythem.

Master’s degree Computer Science, Mathematics, PhysicalSciences, or other quantitative field.

Experience working withdiverse teams to deliver complex solutions.

Experience fine-tuningGenerative AI models.

FY25NATAIDWhat we offerWe offer a comprehensive compensationand benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on yourperformance and recognized for the value you bring to the business.

The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations inthe US is $124,300 to $227,900. The salary range for New York CityMetro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento)is $149,200 to $259,000. Individual salaries within those rangesare determined through a wide variety of factors including but notlimited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography.

In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dentalcoverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid timeoff options. Join us in our team-led and leader-enabled hybridmodel. Our expectation is for most people in external, clientserving roles to work together in person 40-60% of the time overthe course of an engagement, project or year.
