We provide primary care, dental, pharmacy, urgent care, behavioral health , and other essential health services. We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Clinic Operations Administrator to lead the daily operations of our Palmetto and Quick Care offices. This full-time, exempt position plays a key role in ensuring high-quality care, effective team management, and overall clinic efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare administration and a passion for serving underserved communities. Experience in a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) setting is highly preferred.
Responsibilities include:
Managing daily clinic operations and supporting all non-clinical and clinical support staff Overseeing workflow, scheduling, and staff productivity Coordinating with leadership and providers to ensure patient flow and service quality Supporting hiring, onboarding, and performance evaluations Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and corporate policies
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED (required) 2-3 years of experience in healthcare operations or administration Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills FQHC experience and bilingual (Spanish) preferred
