POSITION SUMMARY Director of Care Management
POSITION DUTIES
. Directs development and implementation of quality and utilization standards across the continuum of care to ensure coordinated plans of treatment, customer focused delivery of services and cost effective utilization of necessary services.
MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Substantial nursing experience in patient care (usually 8 years). Progressive management experience required (usually 5 years). Demonstrated strong interpersonal communication skills.
