This position is responsible for managing the Intake team, ensuring a seamless experience for prospective patients, and maintaining effective communication and relationship with ongoing referral sources . The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background in determining provisional diagnosis and interpreting clinical information for clinical assessment. Duties Lead and supervise the Intake team to ensure efficient processing of patient admissions. Monitor Performance Metric related to admissions and implement strategies for improvement. Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance the admissions workflow. Manage insurance verification processes to facilitate smooth patient onboarding. Maintain comprehensive records and documentation related to patient admissions. Skills Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple tasks. Strong interpersonal communication skills, capable of fostering positive relationships with patients and staff alike. Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment while also demonstrating leadership capabilities. Must have good clinical skills and ability to relate to patient and family members in crisis. Must have high level of initiative, motivation, independent judgement. • Master’s degree from an accredited university in a clinical area, such as counseling, social work or RN licensure from an accredited school and at least five years’ experience in the mental health field. Clinical experience in psychiatric setting; situational evaluation and crisis intervention experience preferred. Licensed in the State of Georgia as related to degree (i.e.

LCSW, LMSW, LMFT, LPC

) or licensed as an RN in the State of Georgia, within one year of employment.
