Role Overview:
We’re seeking a dynamic Growth & Partnerships Lead to spearhead our expansion efforts. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships, identifying new opportunities, and driving business growth from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients and partnerships. Identify and engage with potential referral sources, including physicians, hospitals, and community organizations. Collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless onboarding of new clients. Monitor industry trends to identify new business opportunities. Represent the company at networking events and industry conferences.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related field. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit. Familiarity with the home health care industry is a plus. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
