Position Summary The Household Operations & Hospitality Manager is a polished maestro who orchestrates seamless luxury across a high-net-worth family’s Atlanta residences, blending strategic oversight with hands-on excellence. You’ll elevate property management and hospitality with five-star precision, delivering impeccable service, stunning presentation, and operational brilliance. We seek a creative, solutions-driven leader, discreet, tech-savvy, and guest-focused who honors principals with deference while inspiring teams to dazzle with authentic flair.
Key Responsibilities Curate Seamless Operations:
Craft and maintain detailed household and property manuals, ensuring flawless systems and standards. Oversee daily maintenance (HVAC, landscaping, pool, plumbing) with proactive inspections and swift resolutions. Manage vendor and contractor relationships, negotiating contracts and ensuring quality, budget, and timeliness. Lead hiring, training, and supervision of household and maintenance teams with diplomacy and grit. Provide logistical support for household projects and family events, keeping every detail pristine.
Deliver Five-Star Hospitality:
Ensure residences are guest-ready with impeccable cleanliness, ambiance, and organization. Develop hospitality manuals detailing service protocols, guest preferences, and dietary needs. Oversee formal in-home service, table settings, turndown service, refreshments with elegance and precision. Support private entertaining, coordinating floral arrangements, menus, and flawless event execution. Collaborate with culinary staff to deliver gourmet food service and stunning presentation. Source and manage inventory of high-end supplies, amenities, and beverages, maintaining consistent luxury.
Master Efficiency & Innovation:
Leverage tech (Nines, SharePoint, Office 365) to streamline operations and maintain digital playbooks. Innovate solutions to challenges, thinking outside the box to master every moment. Maintain detailed expense records and property reports, ensuring financial acumen and cost control.
Qualifications Experience:
10+ years in luxury household management, property management, or private service. Proven expertise in household systems (electrical, plumbing, security) and formal service etiquette. Demonstrated success leading vendors, contractors, and household teams in high-stakes settings.
Skills:
Hands-on leadership that inspires teams and delights principals. Exceptional multitasking and critical thinking in fast-paced, UHNW environments. Proficiency in Nines, SharePoint, Office 365, and Atlanta vendor networks. Strong eye for presentation, service excellence, and operational sparkle. Financial acumen for budgeting, expense reporting, and cost controls.
