Position Overview:
The Regional Hospitality Director plays a pivotal leadership role within Holbrook Life, responsible for driving ancillary revenue growth across the portfolio. This dynamic role oversees and integrates our diverse hospitality offerings-including Spa & Salon, hospitality suite revenue, and Holbrook Club membership expansion-while delivering an exceptional luxury experience that defines the Holbrook Life brand.

$70,000-$90,000 ?
Bonus Plan:
Uncapped performance-based incentives tied to revenue growth and satisfaction metrics
Key Responsibilities:
Revenue Leadership & Growth:
? Develop and implement strategic plans to increase revenue across Spa & Salon services, hospitality suites, and Holbrook Club memberships. ? Collaborate with property-level teams to optimize service offerings and enhance customer experience, driving incremental revenue from existing and new clients. ? Design and execute bundled packages and promotional initiatives to cross-sell services and increase per-guest spend.
Operational Oversight & Execution:
? Lead daily operational coordination across all ancillary departments, ensuring seamless integration with property management, sales, and marketing. ? Serve as the corporate liaison to onsite teams, providing guidance and support for revenue-generating initiatives and resolving operational challenges. ? Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for each ancillary business line, adjusting strategies as needed to meet or exceed targets.
Team Development & Leadership:
? Partner with property-level managers to identify talent gaps and support training programs for Spa, Salon, Fitness, and Hospitality Suite staff. ? Foster a high-performance culture focused on customer satisfaction, innovation, and operational excellence. ? Prepare for transition to Hospitality Director by demonstrating effective multi-site management and strategic vision.
Partnership & Community Engagement:
? Build and nurture relationships with local businesses, corporate groups, and wellness providers to drive new business opportunities and collaborative ventures. ? Attend networking events and represent Holbrook Life as a premier hospitality and wellness destination.
Event & Membership Sales Support:
? Support property teams in event sales, membership tours, and promotional campaigns for Holbrook Club. ? Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute corporate-level strategies to boost brand awareness and sales.
Required Qualifications:
? 3+ years of experience in multi-unit hospitality operations, luxury wellness, or membership sales. ? Proven track record of revenue growth and operational excellence across diverse business units. ? Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels. ? Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite. ? High energy, entrepreneurial mindset, and commitment to delivering an exceptional luxury experience. ? Willingness to travel between Holbrook Life properties as needed.

? Achievement of revenue targets across Spa, Salon, Hospitality Suites, and Holbrook Club. ? Measurable growth in membership and ancillary service utilization. ? High satisfaction ratings from residents, guests, and clients. ? Development and execution of strategic plans contributing to long-term growth.
