Requirements:
3-5 years working in a supervisor/manager/leadership role required Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field required Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) required Experience with eating disorders preferred, but not required
Responsibilities:
Daily operations and clinical oversight of staff and programming Human resource management Leading, coaching, mentoring, and supporting a creative high performing team Fiscal management, managed care strategizing, and quality management Maintaining and enhancing relationships with patient’s, patient’s supports, site staff, other Renfrew colleagues across the country, outpatient providers in the community, vendors and building management/landlord The Site Director will work collaboratively with Renfrew’s Quality Management team and HR to ensure compliance with all regulatory bodies Work collaboratively with Renfrew’s Admissions, Program Information and Professional Relations Representatives to manage the admissions process; and with clinical staff to oversee the discharge process and clinical documentation/chart audits S/he will conduct performance evaluations of site staff and provide direction for resolution of clinical/operational and staff challenges The success of the site is measured through adherence to best ethical/clinical practices; including adherence to Renfrew’s treatment model; and through the achievement of established financial goals and operational metrics.
