Job Description

Senior executive leader responsible for including leading and developing integration strategies, orchestrating cross-functional efforts, partnering with leadership during due diligence to evaluate risks to develop the creation of managed services agreements. This role also includes developing and implementing standardized processes and tools, identifying and prioritizing risks, and conducting post-integration reviews. This role is crucial in attracting practices to Navista and ensuring a seamless and efficient transition while minimizing potential disruptions. The VP will work closely with key stakeholders, to integrate new practices seamlessly while maintaining operational efficiency and ensuring the newly integrated teams are aligned with the company’s culture and business objectives. The VP of Business Development and Practice Integrations will be a seasoned leader and advisor, with proven experience building relationships with physicians and physician office leadership in oncology and across multiple therapeutic areas. They will have a demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams in matrixed environment, strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Responsibilities
  • + Lead operations and commercial diligence and partner with Corp Development on the financial business case for the deal, including tracking revenue and cost synergies.

+ In partnership with Growth leader sell Navista services to practices and oversee the creation of proposals for practices that meet both practice and Navista needs + Define the overall integration strategy in partnership with key stakeholders (Corp Development, Legal, Finance, IT, HR, Operations) + Lead the cross functional integrations team through transition to create a seamless experience for physician offices joining the network + Establishing and managing the integration management office including internal and external parties + Identify and clarify issues, risks, and opportunities, and escalates as appropriate. Including facilitating connections and resolves cross-functional issues + Develop governance process and communication plans to keep stakeholders updated; this requires identifying and establishing partnerships with stakeholders in the business and functions + Creating content for management and target presentations and reports on integration plans and status + Define needs, identify gaps and synergies, issues and concerns unique to each integration and incorporate into overall change management plans. + Provide on-site support to build and develop strong relationships with team members. Address integration-related concerns and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner. + Create and maintain an integration playbook that serves as a base for future integrations + Ensure all integration processes maintain a patient first focus, prioritizing patient experience throughout the transition process. + Ensure continuous improvement by tracking lessons learned and identify opportunities to improve the integration process + Proven track record of leading teams responsible for integrations and practice operations + Strong understanding of practice management, operations, and healthcare regulations

  • Qualifications
  • + 15+ in Specialty Physician Offices + Strong program and project management skills + Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey the network’s mission and impact with physicians, staff and internal stakeholders + Familiarity with the field of Oncology including trends, healthcare regulations, treatment modalities, and research advancements + Strong business acumen and financial background, to ensure efficient allocation of resources and maximize returns on investments + Experience with leading and managing diverse team, including hiring, training and evaluating performance + Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities + Bachelor’s degree in business administration, healthcare administration, life sciences, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA, master in healthcare administration) preferred + Ability to travel 30% •Anticipated salary range•: $163,000 – 263,235 •Bonus eligible•: Yes •Benefits•: Cardinal Health offers a wide variety of benefits and programs to support health and well-being.
