Hospitality Assistant Manager Bottles and Bones Suwanee, GA 30024 Bottles and Bones in Suwanee is seeking an experienced, professional Assistant Manager to join our team. We seek high-energy, enthusiastic, hospitality driven team players to become part of our family. Situated in the Suwanee Town Center, Bottles and Bones is the answer to the traditional steakhouse: A modern American chophouse that’s sophisticated yet approachable, chef-driven and customer-focused, high quality and high energy, delivering an experience that transcends 90 minutes of fine dining. The role of our Assistant Manager involves ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining a positive work environment, and contributing to the overall success of the establishment. Responsibilities Supervise and train staff to provide exceptional customer service. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly. Ensure the restaurant maintains a clean and welcoming atmosphere. Assist with scheduling, staffing, and timekeeping. Monitor inventory and ensure proper ordering and stocking procedures. Oversee the implementation of health and safety regulations. Assist with the development and implementation of restaurant policies and procedures. Assist with budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting. Monitor sales performance and identify areas for improvement. Motivate and inspire the team to achieve their goals. Provide coaching and mentorship to staff members. Resolve conflicts and maintain a positive work environment. Handle administrative duties, such as payroll, HR paperwork, and reporting. Assist with the recruitment and onboarding of new staff. Qualifications Proven experience in restaurant management, preferably in a similar role. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
