Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated, initiative-driven, hardworking, and energetic individual with excellent customer service, multitasking, communication, and computer skills to join our team as a Patient Care Coordinator. Experience in the industry is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities:

Greeting patients with warmth and professionalism upon their arrival Checking patients in/out of our computer system accurately and efficiently Coordinating patient appointments, including scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations Ensuring patients complete proper documentation for appointments Answering phone calls, text messages, and emails promptly and courteously, assisting patients with inquiries regarding our services and products Managing website and social media inquiries via phone calls, text messages, and emails Demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of all services, products, and promotions, and educating patients regarding the above as needed Collaborating with other team members to coordinate patient flow and optimize efficiency Collecting and processing payments for services rendered and products purchased, issuing receipts, and maintaining accurate records Maintaining sales spreadsheets and performing basic accounting tasks, such as posting sales data and managing deposits Providing excellent customer service by addressing patient concerns, complaints, or requests with empathy and professionalism Maintaining a clean and organized facility Ordering office supplies Assisting with inventory management Performing additional duties as assigned

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a medical spa, healthcare, or high-end retail setting A passion for the aesthetic and wellness industry, with a genuine desire to help patients look and feel their best Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Rapid learner with the ability to quickly grasp concepts and protocols Proficiency in computer skills and experience with scheduling software is a plus Marketing and/or sales experience is a plus Ability to work flexible hours
