This position is responsible for ensuring that high-quality care is delivered to clients in their homes, while also managing staff and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, financial acumen, and a deep understanding of senior care services, including long-term care and memory care. Responsibilities Oversee the administration and management of home health care services to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. Supervise and lead a team of healthcare professionals, including nurses and caregivers, to deliver exceptional patient care. Develop and manage budgets to ensure financial sustainability while providing quality services. Implement policies and procedures that enhance operational efficiency and improve patient outcomes. Coordinate with families, healthcare providers, and community resources to create comprehensive care plans tailored to individual client needs.
